Clinical Approach

As both a physical therapist and an ACSM personal trainer, I've had so many wonderful opportunities to support patients across a wide range of needs and abilities in various outpatient clinics and in the school system. Through those experiences, one thing became clear: individuals recover most effectively when they receive dedicated, uninterrupted, 1:1 care. Jumping from patient to patient never aligned with the level of attention I knew my patients deserved. I built my practice around the opposite model—care that is focused, individualized, and rooted in understanding the whole person, not just the painful body part.

I believe injury in an affected body region is rarely the true starting point; it's often just the manifestation of a chain of underlying variables, such as movement habits, compensations, strength imbalances, and lifestyle demands. As humans, we’re masters of compensation, and even a small deviation in form repeated hundreds of times a day can quietly build into a dysfunction. My goal is to identify those patterns, address the root cause, and help you move with more strength, efficiency, and confidence in your daily life.

I look forward to meeting you!
